Bhd. was incorporated on July 25, 1991. In 2020, the company reported a net sales revenue increase of 24.49%. Over the same period, its total assets grew by 13.2%. The net profit margin of Effiforce (M) Sdn. Bhd. decreased by 8.05% in 2020.

The main aim of the company is to focus on the growing trend in providing the civil and engineering especially on water works to the industry.

Since the day it was incorporated, the company completed many projects especially in water works project. It has already done more than RM 150 million worth of projects.
